Yes, am still alive & kicking. I MISS BLOGGING!!
I miss blogging to record happenings in my life, to recall memories, to upload picture albums,etc. Been so busy till I have no idea where to start.
Well, had finished my temp work in Feb & officially started my probation in March. I must admit that i am really lucky to be shortlisted for perm. Co's strict though...i cant use my 3 mths temp as probation so that i can convert to perm right away. So..i am like starting all over again..to complete my 3 mths probation (which means i would have worked 6mths b4 i get to become perm). Whatever it is..most impt is i pass my probation..hopefully.
Work's been good..lots of things to learn in the corporate world. At the very least, i found a marketing job which i always hope for. Mayb not exactly the industy i wanted to be in..but gaining experience is top priority now, b4 i consider moving on. Marketing as it meant to be, involves lots of OT & weekends burnt. That's another sacrifice a marketer has to make. Easily, a roadshow will take up your weekends, the only time you get to relax and time to spend with your loved ones. That reminds me that my upcoming mth - May will be fully occupied due to our new launch...n our marketing calendar is packed till 2009.
My zukzuk has moved on too. It's a pity he can't join me in the same co as perm, but i am happy that he found a job that he really wants to. That's the most impt thing isn't it. He deserved the job as he put in much effort in getting it. (he actually needs to do up a complete marketing plan for the co for his interview!) But what comes after it is expected too. Tough interview = tough job. He's ot-ing even more than me and even more responsibilities than me. His managers are quite nasty too, which he took it as a form of training. Well, we hope he can pass the probation too. Tough..i would say. Nevetheless, am proud of him already. *Jia you zuk!*
I realize, there's plenty of issues to think about as you grow older. Looking back..when i'm schooling, i will worry abt results, pocket $$. Now, zuk & i are planning for car, house and even our own business. It's not easy and all involves large sum of $$. However hard it takes, as long as you know there's someone you have, to plan together for the future, it's all worth it.
Anyway, supposed to do a short entry while waiting for zuk to reach home...but me being me, tends to go on & on. I miss all my friends. I hope those who have stepped into the working world are doing what they love to do & those who are studying to pass examinations with flying colours! *Jun3z & Wahz, jia you wor!**Not forgetting Clemen, Jeff, Vince, Yongmeng, Zheheng, Chorlun*Those who are still serving NS (like Piggy Lin) are surviving well.
How i wish there's more time in a day, more weekends than weekdays! I want more time with my family and my zuk (it's never enough).
Lots of pictures i want to upload, i love flooding my blog with pictures. Hope to be able to do that soon. Ya, s.o.o.n. Now, it's time to go to bed. It's work tml again!
