*Yawn*..have been working since 10am in the morning..till now. Time checked now is 9.00pm. Have no idea why my shoulders are damn aching..from dance or did I faced the computer too much?

Couldn't join June & Wah to Zouk tonight, was disappointed. I think i will drop dead before i could even dance, after long hours of working. Sorry girls, another time k..hope Wah can still make it for the 2nd time, cos it wasn't nOrMaL for her to be able to go clubbing. HAha..then again, we are good girls..so..she'll be safe with us, isn't it? *winkz*

Dear's still working his ass off, we were hoping things could turn out better, telling ourselves that he only needs to get used to it. Cos' no matter how bad it is, he's alreaDy IN it, no point babbling on "he shouldn't hav accepted the job" issue. Might as well put efforts into making things work, at least that's what we thought. However, we realize it takes more than a good effort and self-motivated employee to make things happen. It is crystal clear that someone else needs to put in enough efforts too.

What's the prob with the workforce? It's not that the company is not good, it's not that the products/ services are not working. The truth is plain s.i.m.p.l.e. The employer has to understand the importance of the employee, to the very least, shows appreciation,which is not limited to only praises n words in this case. Actions speaks louder than words, isn't it? Yes..the company is small, it is on the road to expansion, etc, but seriously, your clients aren't that small fries either. Projects are coming in continuously, but the workforce is so freaking small. How do you expect 2 ppl to cope with the tremendous workload? Overloaded employees with little incentives will only bring about lowered efficiency => risks of not being able to meet datelines => delay of presenting the work to clients => keeps negotiating for later datelines => influence the perceptions of the clients towards the company's abilities to deliver the promise. Please do not only focus on bringing in profits for the company, or rather, for yourself and save on things that needed to be spent. Maybe a business management, or human resource course would be beneficial. Even my mum says: "Aiyo..he is not a robot, he is also human, if really cannot, ask him to quit k..".

Ok, i may be naive because I am not a boss or whatever big shot, I don't understand the trades of businesses. All the above is only MY thinking. In addition, dear's family is not giving him much of a support. I can understand because he's the only guy in the family, thus, more responsibilities. So..I am his only support. Shall do anything n everything I can to help. *Dear, you're not alone in this =)*

Looking @ Dear, I realize how lucky I am to have this job. At least, I have a good boss who teaches me stuff. I get to learn and have relevant experience @ the same time. Hey..I am not slacking! Hav finished my stuff for the day b4 i blogged. *blehz*

Planned to bake cookies for dear, for him to bring to the office. Planned to bake a trial cake for dear's birthday. But have been busy working lately though it's my 1 week break from school. Hope to get things done, at least i cleared n packed my cupboard..but only 1 of them. Haha..Planned to change a new blogskin too.

Next on the list..got to plan for dear's birthday. This time round, nothing too complex, I just want dear to relax. He seriously needs to.
